Senior Full-Stack & AI Systems Developer

What You’ll Help Build

We’re a small, product-focused team shipping cutting-edge conversational and visual-generation tools to millions of end-users. Our stack spans web, mobile and proprietary back-end services that run both censored and uncensored language-model pipelines in a strict compliance framework. We’re looking for individuals who can own features end-to-end—jumping between API design, data engineering, inference optimization and front-end polish—while collaborating with product, ops and research to keep iteration tight.

Specialization 1: Chat & AI Programming

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and ship production and client-side services in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) and, when needed, PHP or Python.
• Design schemas and queries across SQL, NoSQL (Redis) and vector databases; tune for scale and latency.
• Integrate and orchestrate large-language-model (LLM) endpoints, including prompt design, prompt chaining, safety filtering and usage analytics.
• Uphold our compliance standards for censored and uncensored model outputs; build internal tooling that flags policy violations.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Breadth

• 4+ years building production systems in Node.js/JavaScript; bonus for PHP & Python.
• Comfortable context-switching into new languages and frameworks.

AI & Data Depth

• Practical experience with LLM stacks (OpenAI, local models, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Solid grasp of vector databases.

Specialization 2: AI Image Generation

Core Responsibilities

• Interface with production services in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
• Integrate LLM services for dynamic contextual prompt generation.
• Deploy and fine-tune AI image-generation checkpoints and LoRA models; manage inference settings for quality–speed trade-offs.
• Uphold compliance standards; build internal tooling to flag violations.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Breadth

• Familiarity with Node.js/JavaScript; bonus for PHP & Python.
• Comfortable context-switching into new languages and frameworks.

AI & Data Depth

• Hands-on LLM stack experience (OpenAI, local models, RAG, prompt engineering).
• 2+ years training and fine-tuning checkpoint/LoRA models for image generation.
• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion/SDXL, Flux and Pony Diffusion.
• Knowledge of Automatic1111, Fooocus and ComfyUI.

Specialization 3: Game System Programming

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and ship production and client-side services in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) and, when needed, PHP or Python.
• Design schemas and queries across SQL, NoSQL (Redis) and vector databases; tune for scale and latency.
• Integrate LLM endpoints focused on prompt design and dynamic alteration.
• Prototype and refine gamified user flows (progression loops, economy balancing, micro-transactions).
